Holden Spain, Emmaline Arndt, and Jeffery Moore are the senior partners of the newly founded ENC Consulting firm. The idea to create ENC Consulting came to the trio after discussing the need for political consultants in eastern North Carolina that were familiar with the unique political landscape that is found east of I-95. Most consultants that currently serve eastern North Carolina are located in Raleigh or Charlotte, which feature vastly different political issues and ideologies than eastern North Carolina. ENC Consulting looks to solve this issue by providing clients with partners that have called Greenville, North Carolina home for several years.

ENC Consulting wants to create the best experience for clients in eastern North Carolina by providing young but experienced talent that can transform the client’s campaign. Spain, Arndt, and Moore have over 15 years of collective experience in political consulting ranging from presidential campaigns to local level consulting. Each partner also brings an extensive and diverse academic background that provides clients with the exact knowledge they are looking to gain.
